Completed baskets and cups made from the candy moldmethod. The sugar basket in the upper left hand cornerwas made by placing one mold upside down and theother right side up. These were fastened together withroyal icing. The sugar basket may be trimmed in a con-trasting color using a small star tube with royal icing.The sugar basket on the upper right hand corner wasmade from the flat rectangular Jello mold. A handle wasmade on waxed paper in royal icing. After drying it isset upright with royal icing. These individual cups or baskets may be used to hold candies, nuts, or even icecream if it is served immediately after the ice cream isplaced into the sugar mold. |
