NEW YEAR CHARACTER CANDY CAKE Beautifully decorated cake, ideal for New Year's parties.Cake is heavily frosted with white icing. The BottomButton Border is applied with a No. 30 Star Tube byholding bag at a perpendicular angle and applying gentlepressure while moving in a circular motion. Top borderis formed in this same fashion. Pre-Molded Character- Candy Bell is then placed on top of cake and a gailycolored ribbon added for a festive touch.
