Holdthis cup at the base and pull the ends of each petalslightly forming the Easter Lily. Three yellow stamensof pulled sugar are then placed in the flower. Thisflower is a little difficult to make because it must beformed after the petals are completed.
THE POINSETTIA
The poinsettia is made in bright red with a deep yellowcenter. A small dab of candy is first pulled out of thebatch. The petals of the poinsettia are long narrowleaves. After each petal is pulled out it is squeezedslightly and curved. Six petals are used around the base
