CHRISTMAS TREE CAKE The unique thing about this cake decoration is that thetrees actually stand up. To make the base for these trees, use a small paper cone or an ice cream cone.With a No. 67 leaf tube filled with deep green icing, thecone is covered as illustrated starting at the base and working up. After the tree is completed, the variouscolored lights may be worked in by using dots of brightcolors.
