Button border is made with Straw colored icing andthe No. 199 TUBE. Hold the cone at a slight angle tocake, apply pressure and move away from the cake '4inch while rotating the cone slightly. Discontinue pres-sure to break off icing neatly. To make Bottom Border use No. 199 TUBE and DeepTan icing. Follow steps under Sway Borders. SeeBorders. To make grape clusters, drop a No. 4 TUBE in a conefilled with Green or Purple Icing. Hold cone at a 45angle, apply pressure. Lift cone up slightly, then easeoff on the pressure. Form an outline of these very tinyshells in the shape of a grape cluster. Fill the center ofthe cluster with a mound of frosting as shown in thefifth step and continue shaping the grapes over thisbuilt-in mound. Have 10 or 12 clusters of grapes varyingin size and color from large to small, spilling out of thehorn of plenty. |
