Ribbon border is made with No. 103 TUBE, placingthe large end of the tube directly on the cake. Smallend should stand slightly out. Apply light pressure, astoo much will cause the ribbon to ripple, instead of being smooth. Use one long, then three short strokes,as you move around the outer edge of the cake withyour decorating tube.
