In completing this border a No. 199 tube is used. After followed for the next reverse except that after the shell building up the shell, relax pressure and move in acircular motion slightly to the right. Relax your pres-sure completely at the bottom. The same procedure is is built up, you move to the left in a circular motion.This border is heavier than usual and should be usedonly on larger cakes.
