This is a very delicious and unusual buttercream to beused for cake or French pastries. This buttercream hasas smooth a texture as whipped cream, and is reallydelicious.

Make a batch of either of our boiled icing recipes.Spread in sheet pan and let cool completely. Fold in(do not beat) 1/8 lb. of butter at room temperature.If a thinner consistency is desired, add a few drops ofcream.
