A No. 30 tube was used for the outer border. Pastelgreen netting was used for the center bouquet. A deli- cate pink Mum was placed in the center of the bouquet.
A small mound of icing is placed in the center of thecake. The sweetpeas cover the mound and the stemsand leaves are then worked around. A small ribbon andbow are then tied at the base of the cluster.
This cake was trimmed with a No. 30 tube. Three small clusters of roses and sweet peas complete this daintyarrangement.
This cake was divided into eight sections. The borderwas completed with a No. 16 tube and the fluted edgeworked in with a No. 103 tube. The graceful effect isobtained by the proper stem arrangement. Three pinkroses are used for the floral design.
