The fern in the right hand corner was made by cuttingthe cone in the following manner. Make a small papercone with a very small point. Fill the cone up withgreen icing and force the icing down to the base of the cone. Squeeze the cone together and cut the tip off to apoint. See illustration under cutting Fern tip. We sug-gest you practice an entire pan of leaves before placingthem on your cake tops.
