2 cups honey
1 cup granulated sugar 1/2cup corn syrup 1/2 cup of water 1/2cup pistachio nuts 1/2cup candied cherries
3 egg whites
1/2i teaspoon salt1 teaspoon butter
Combine honey, granulated sugar, corn syrup andwater. Cook and stir to 272 degrees. Add syrup slowlyto 3 well beaten egg whites. Beat until good and stiff.Fold in with nuts, cherries, butter and salt. Spread 1inch thick on buttered cookie sheet, dusted with flour.Cut in oblongs, 1 inch long and 1/2 inch wide usinglarge table knife. Wrap pieces of candy in waxed paper.
