PEPPERMINT PATTIES1 lb. Fondant Step I Place the fondant in a double boiler and stir intermittently while heating. The correct temperatureof the fondant for making patties is about 160 degrees. The coloring and flavoring is added to the fondant while heating in the double boiler. Any flavor-ing may be added to the desired taste.
